Collection Level Input Form

The following form will generate an abbreviated MARC 21 record based on modified Dublin Core style data. This form may be used to create metadata for a collection level record for each project ( e.g., a collection of digitized photographs, a set of digitized letters, a collection of digitized slides, etc.). Analytic records for each individual image in the collection should be created by using the Excel spreadsheet. input form.
