Download the Excel spreadsheet below for submitting metadata for component parts of any collection(s). This spreadsheet will populate the database with searchable data. A collection level record for each project should be created by using the online collection level input form.

Either click on the following link and save the spreadsheet to your hard drive or right click your mouse and use the "Save Target as" command to download Component_Input_Spreadsheet. (MS Excel format).
