Responsibilities: Performs a variety of services in support of ATLA’s National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) grant, Preservation Microfilming of Religious Periodical Literature of the Hispanic and Indigenous Peoples of the Americas. Essential duties and responsibilities include: searching bibliographic utilities to retrieve information about grant titles; searching remote library catalogs on-site and via the Internet; work obtaining, collating, and returning materials for preservation; quality checking bibliographic records; performing quality assurance on microfilm; evaluating and submitting invoices; and maintaining metadata regarding materials preserved.
