Responsibilities: The Executive Director shall be responsible for the overall operation of the ATLA, including but not limited to staff development and administration, oversight of all programs and services, the production of products, strategic planning and such additional and/or alternative duties as may be assigned to him by the ATLA Board of Directors (the "Board") from time to time during the Term. The Executive Director shall act as the Chief Executive Officer of the ATLA, report to the Board and attend meetings of the Board on a non-voting basis. The Executive shall devote his full business time and best efforts to the performance of his duties hereunder, and abide and be bound by the by-laws, policies, rules and regulations of the ATLA, as well as all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
