Responsibilities: Holds primary responsibility for answering the telephone and receiving the public. Receives print mail, phone, fax, and e-mail. Receives members, visitors, and customers. Orders all non-computer supplies on a regular and systematic basis. Provides membership service to current and potential members. Maintains member database. Executes membership campaign. Maintains discussion lists hosted by ATLA.
