2007 Annual Conference Shipping Information

All equipment or boxes sent to the hotel should be addressed as follows:

There is a handling fee of $5 per box charged by the hotel.

To ensure that all your boxes will be at your table ready for you or your exhibit representative to set up Thursday morning, please include the group name (ATLA), your company name, and box number (i.e., Box 1 of 5) on each box.  

Return shipments will be handled through UPS or FedEx on Friday, June 15, 2007, if you choose these options. Please have your display materials securely packed and your shipping account number available. If you prefer to use a carrier other than UPS or FedEx, please contact Exhibits Coordinator Timothy Smith at tsmith@atla.com to coordinate pick up arrangements. ATLA and the Doubletree Hotel Philadelphia will not accept responsibility for missing packages.
