Build personal relationships with more than 300 attendees! According to a recent conference evaluation survey:

• 80% of conference attendees reported that they either make or have input into purchasing decisions for their libraries.

• 90% of conference attendees visited the exhibits two or more times during the conference.

• 60% of conference attendees reported that visiting the exhibits influenced their purchasing decisions.

Fees

There is a separate handling fee of $5 for each box shipped, charged by the hotel for storage and handling in addition to any technology or special orders.

Should you need to leave early, ATLA staff will pack your booth for an additional fee of $50. However, you must make your own arrangements for shipping.

Hours

The following schedule lists exhibit hours and times when no other programming is scheduled. In total, the exhibits are open for 13.5 hours.

Exhibits open 10:30–11:30 a.m.
(reception and ribbon cutting at 10:30 a.m.)

Showcases 1:00–1:45 p.m.

Lunch 12:30–2:00 p.m.

Coffee break 3:00–3:30 p.m. (in the exhibit hall; non-conflicting)

Exhibits close 5:00 p.m.

Friday, June 15, 2007

Exhibits open 8:00 a.m.

Coffee break 10:00–10:30 a.m. (in the exhibit hall; non-conflicting)

Lunch 12:00–1:30 p.m.

Showcases 12:30–1:15 p.m.

Dessert with exhibitors 2:30–3:00 p.m. (in the exhibit hall; non-conflicting)

Exhibits close 3:00 p.m.

Reserve Your Space Today

To guarantee mention in the Program Book and reserve exhibit space, it is recommended that you return your 2007 Exhibitor Application/Contract with payment to Timothy Smith, exhibits coordinator, before Friday, April 2, 2007. Please note that ATLA and its agents are not responsible for the security of the exhibit space or the property of staffed or unstaffed exhibits, nor do these entities guarantee profitability of exhibits.

In April 2007, a confirmation packet will be sent. It includes the initial mailing list in electronic format (in MS Excel) as well as:

• shipping and receiving information/short-term storage of exhibit materials.

• leasing computer equipment.

• exhibit Internet services/electrical power utilities.

• housing arrangements.

• the Conference Program Book.
