ATLA committees, interest groups, regional groups, and denominational groups are invited to use the ATLA web site to create their own subweb sites utilizing the templates provided and/or the template guidelines.
While these groups are free to use their own design, they are strongly encouraged to use the templates and design elements already set up by ATLA. The use of these templates has two advantages: It creates greater cohesion within the ATLA site and makes it easier for groups to design their pages.
Groups interested in having their pages hosted by ATLA may contact Sara Corkery, Communications Specialist, by e-mail or by phone at 888-665-ATLA.
A directory will be set up on the site to be accessed by the division/committee representative. If the representative is using FrontPage, then a FrontPage subweb will be set up for the group. If the representative is not going to use FrontPage, then an FTP account will be set up. The appropriate files will be added to the group's folder for the representative to use. When the site is ready, ATLA will link to the site from the group's listing in the Divisions and Committees section of the ATLA web site.
