MLIS Student
Institution:
University of Maryland
Karen Adjei is a current MLIS student at the University of Maryland, where she is exploring reference, instruction, outreach, and theological librarianship, as well as administration in academic libraries. She is also an Atla Diversity Scholarship recipient. After completing her MLIS, she hopes to attend Fuller Theological Seminary to study the intersection of art and cross-cultural ministry, and how libraries can collaborate with artists to host spaces of spiritual formation, educational discovery, and reconciliation. When not studying or working, she enjoys attending concerts, exploring new cities, journaling, and trying out water and board sports.
