Join us for a webinar on current student engagement with library services. The focus will be on a summary of findings and methodologies from three usability studies conducted at the Andover-Harvard Theological Library. The webinar will then be opened up for audience members to share related usability projects in their respective libraries.
Tim Gallati is a User Experience Research Librarian and MDiv candidate at Andover-Harvard Theological Library. He has a background in analytics and user experience research in corporate and academic settings.
