Apply for a Scholarship to Attend the Virtual Open Education Conference

The Open Education Conference will again be held virtually this year from October 17-20, 2022. As a community-driven conference, attendees have the opportunity to connect with open education practitioners, researchers, and advocates from across North America and around the world. The conference program has something for everyone, whether you are just getting started with open education, looking to deepen your research and expertise, or seeking to examine the intersections of open education with social justice. All resources and tools discussed at the conference will be available online and can be freely shared with your colleagues, supervisors, and students, and can be modified and reused to best fit your institution and local context.

Apply for Scholarship

Atla will award three scholarships, each covering a single registration, to persons who are either employed by an Atla institutional member library or who have individual member status. To apply for a scholarship to attend this virtual event, complete the application form by 5:00 p.m. CT on September 30, 2022.

Recipients of the scholarship will be registered to attend the full virtual conference and will be asked to submit a brief write-up for the Atla blog sharing a summary of any interesting sessions attended, helpful resources discovered, or other learning takeaways from the conference.
