In Atla Religion Database
- Spiritual Care, published by De Gruyter, is dedicated to interdisciplinary research and interprofessional exchange on spiritual care. Information is provided on new research concepts, on the implementation of spiritual care in practice and its relevance for training in the health professions and pastoral care.
- Yachay: Revista de cultura, filosofía y teología, published by Facultad de Teología de la Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo”, covers culture, philosophy, and theology from the perspective of the faculty of the Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo.”.It is the first publication from Bolivia to be included in Atla’s research tools.
- Aries: Journal for the Study of Western Esotericism, published by Brill, is the first academic journal specifically devoted to the study of esotericism. The journal publishes scholarly work, both empirically and theoretically driven, on all aspects of esoteric currents from antiquity to the present day, unrestrained by geographical and cultural location, and from a range of approaches in the humanities and social sciences.
- Samoa Journal of Theology, published by Malua Theological College, is a peer-reviewed journal covering all aspects of theology and provides a forum for theologians of Samoa, Oceania, and the World. It also brings the unique contribution of Samoa and Oceania to the international community of scholars. This is the first volume to be included in Atla’s research tools from Samoa, which includes content written in the Samoan language.
- Western States Jewish History, published by the Western States Jewish History Association; Texas Tech University Press, is the multidisciplinary journal of the Western States Jewish History Association, an organization dedicated to the discovery, collection, and dissemination of items and information pertaining to the Jewish experience in the American West. The geographic region includes states west of the Mississippi, as well as Western Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, and the Pacific Rim.
- 南山宗教文化研究所 所報 (Nanzan Shūkyō Bunka Kenkyūjo Kenkyūshohō), published by Nanzan University (Nanzan Institute for Religion and Culture), is an annual Japanese-language journal documenting the research activities of the Institute. It includes reports on events such as workshops and conferences held at the institute, presentations by guest researchers, and records of research achievements from institute members.
- Advances in Ancient, Biblical, and Near Eastern Research, published by Universität Tübingen, is a Diamond Open Access, forum peer-reviewed journal run by and for academics. It is an interdisciplinary journal covering antiquity and its reception. It seeks to embody the ethos of the EABS in terms of academic rigor, equal opportunity, and non-discrimination.
In Atlas
- The Journal of East Asian Philosophy, published by Springer, has a fourfold aim. Firstly, it examines the reception of and confrontations with Western philosophy in East Asia. Secondly, it promotes the dialogue between various philosophical discourses and traditions in East Asia. Thirdly, it explores the potential of East Asian philosophy comprehensively. Fourthly, it attempts to articulate the history of East Asian philosophy. All time periods, themes, figures, texts, and traditions within and without East Asian philosophical contexts are welcome.

- 南山宗教文化研究所 所報 (Nanzan Shūkyō Bunka Kenkyūjo Kenkyūshohō), published by Nanzan University (Nanzan Institute for Religion and Culture), is an annual Japanese-language journal documenting the research activities of the Institute. It includes reports on events such as workshops and conferences held at the institute, presentations by guest researchers, and records of research achievements from institute members.
- Japan Christian Review (ceased), published by Nanzan University (Nanzan Institute for Religion and Culture), formerly Japan Christian Quarterly, was published by the Nanzan Institute for Religion and Culture for the final seven years of its run, from 1992 to 1998. It was an annual journal of scholarly topics related to evangelical Christianity in Japan.
