The session will start with a quick review of copyright’s educational exception and the Fair Use balancing test. Then we’ll look at three recent fair use cases, with the audience testing their understanding of fair use and voting on which way they would decide the case. We’ll wrap up with the actual case outcomes and conclude with questions and answers.
