Thank you for your support of Atla Annual 2022. We have provided this helpful Vendor’s Guide to help you prepare for your experience.
Online Vendor Day
We will be hosting Vendor Day on Wednesday, June 8, from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Central Time on the Zoom Platform. This will be open to all Atla Annual attendees, online and in-person ticketholders. Sponsors and exhibitors who chose either the Online Only Experience Exhibitor Package or Combo Exhibitor Experience Package will have access to Zoom and their own virtual space to meet with attendees. We will have an online drawing to encourage participation from attendees. Limit two representatives per organization.
Please join the Zoom call at 11:50 a.m. Central Time. An Atla staff person will greet you and place you into a unique breakout room to meet with online attendees.
The link to access the Zoom room will be in the email you received from exhibits@atla.com.

Hyatt Regency is the official conference hotel. Book your hotel room using our conference block link. Space in the conference block is limited, so book your room by Sunday, May 15.
Wednesday, June 15
Setup Hours: Wednesday, June 15 from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pick up your registration packet, including your name badge, at the registration table.
Exhibit Hall will be in Constellation Ballroom AB.
Breakfast will be served in the exhibit hall on Thursday and Friday morning from 8:00 a.m.-8:45 a.m. Please feel free to grab a bite to eat as you meet with attendees at your table.

Presenting a vendor session? Meet Atla staff in Chesapeake AB.

Passport Program
We are encouraging attendees to visit every vendor by enticing them with a prize drawing and playing the Passport Game. Sponsors and Exhibitors have the option to donate a prize for the drawing. Donations may include subscriptions to your products & services, books, digital gift cards, etc. Attendees will come up to your booth requesting your signature. On Friday at 10 a.m. we will draw winners. If you donated a prize, the winner will come to your booth to pick up the prize. An Atla staff person will come by on Friday to confirm your donation. If you’ve exhibited with us before, this will be familiar to you.
